OFCCP Extends Public Comment Period on Disability Regulation Changes

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has extended the public comment period for proposed changes to Section 503 disability self-identification and utilization analysis rules. Arizona Bill Redefines Cryptocurrency Forfeiture and Custody

Arizona’s HB 2324 classifies cryptocurrency as tangible property. It mandates that law enforcement secure seized digital assets—such as Bitcoin—by transferring private keys to state-approved wallets.
